Information About Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email at: SUPPORT@YOUNGSTREETS.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but can only be delivered at least 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or journals, except subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
