What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping Time

All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Orders can be tracked through the tracking page on our website. Simply click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number is not working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not show any information after several days, please contact customer service.
